In addition to the rent, the Lessee shall pay a deposit value for the reefer container (the amount of the deposit shall be agreed upon individually), which shall remain with the Lessor for the duration of rental use as a guarantee of the proper use of the reefer container. At the end of the rental period, the deposit value shall be returned to the Lessee.
Rent of a Reefer on the territory of the Lessee shall be carried out in a 24-hour guarded area with the possibility of 24-hour access to a Reefer container. In addition, all rented refcontainers are monitored at least three times a day. The set temperature is checked and if any malfunctions are detected, they are quickly eliminated. The Tenant also has the opportunity to order additional loading and unloading services.
The reefer is a unique storage facility. It is a mobile warehouse with adjustable temperature conditions. Reliability of such storage is ensured by its calculation for severe conditions of operation during manufacture.
